  • 4 tomatoes heirloom
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella or burrata, or feta
  • 2 ounces basil parsley, or mint
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice 4 tomatoes in ¼" slices
  • Slice the mozzarella into ¼" slices
  • Arrange artfully on a platter
  • Top with chopped herbs
  • Finish with olive oil, salt, and pepper


This recipe can scale very easily! Do 1 tomato per person and ½ a fresh mozzarella per person
