Savory BLT Yogurt Bowl with Chili Oil
This yogurt, bacon, lettuce, tomato + chili oil breakfast bowl is an unexpected, incredibly delicious, low carb breakfast.
- 2 bacon strips
- 3/4 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of arugula or any lettuce
- 1/2 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp of chili oil
In a skillet, cook 2 slices of bacon until crispy. Chop into bits and set aside.
In a bowl, start with a layer of plain Greek yogurt. I prefer full-fat Greek yogurt. I call this the Yogurt Moat
Add a handful of arugula or whatever lettuce you have lying around.
Add some chopped cherry tomatoes
Sprinkle your bacon bits on top
Drizzle chili oil on top
