Campari Rosé Spritzer

Here’s a cocktail recipe with Campari and rosé. It’s a spritzer, with orange and seltzer. This is a refreshing, perfect summer cocktail!

Campari Rosé Spritzer

Like some of my other cocktails – this is so easy to make. Just mix it all together. (Also, did you know that in Italy they sell Campari Soda as standalone products? I need to move to Italy asap!)

how to make a campari rose spritz

take 3 ounces of rose, 2 ounces of campari, and 1 ounce of club soda and combine in a wine glass with ice and an orange wedge. voila!

Campari has an interesting backstory. The book Amaro notes, “The European tradition of making bittersweet liqueurs–called amari in Italian–has been around for centuries. But it is only recently that these herbaceous digestifs have moved from the dusty back bar to center stage in the United States, and become a key ingredient on cocktail lists in the country’s best bars and restaurants.” I’m here for that!

I’d recommend this cookbook with tons of other great spritzer ideas too!
